Yes, theoretically. The phone number lookups we've run haven't been definitive, but I didn't put missing cat posters up very far from the house, and I'm pretty sure if I started knocking on doors asking for this kid, I'd come across his family in pretty short order. I'm just not sure doing so would put us any closer to getting Lav back alive, so I may leave it alone.
