Insurance in USA?

Anyone know of any health insurance companies (either local to Texas or nationwide) who might be willing to start up a new policyholder with myriad health problems? (Diabetes, bipolar disorder, migraines...)

My experience so far has been not that most companies say, "Certainly we'll insure you ....with astronomical premiums", but instead, "We won't take on such a policy at any price."

If someone could prove me wrong, I'd be most grateful.
