Mostly good news
Mar. 6th, 2011 08:04 pmRachal and I had a very pleasant weekend, after our friendly neighborhood patroness donated a hotel stay that it turned out her mother wouldn't be using. We got caught up on our sleep and reconnected ourselves.
We're very likely to be moving into a duplex with said patroness before six months have gone by, which will basically double our living space. It'll also provide Rachal with a double-oven of her very own, which she's looking forward to greatly.
Only bad news is my day job, which has been sucking wind. I'll keep my eyes out for additional paying projects, but want to keep working at home as often as I can arrange it. A 9-5 job which would have me out of the apartment all day, all week is ...not quite feasible.
