I was chatting online with a former boss of mine when he asked:

"Do you know anybody that can code (quickly) a simple form in PHP and link it to an equally simple mySQL database?"

I told him I didn't, but I'd put the word out. I think he's trying to turn this job around this weekend, so if you fit the bill and want me to put you in touch with him, please reply here.

I'm sending his contact info to your Yahoo e-mail address. He might have his PHP solution already, but says he still needs help with the SQL stuff. I'll let you negotiate price with him, 'cause I dunno what this sort of work goes for.
