Paris and Dante had the same interaction this morning that they have ...well, basically several times every day. If I could subtitle it, it'd go a li'l sump'n like this:

[both cats bump heads]: "It's head-lickin' time! You go first."

[Dante licks Paris's head]

DANTE: "Okay, now it's your turn."

[Dante offers his head for grooming; Paris butts Dante's head with his own]

DANTE: "Once more. But then me, okay? Okay?"

[Dante licks Paris's head; Paris butts Dante again]

DANTE: "Last time, I swear to Bast."

[Dante licks Paris's head]

DANTE: "Now YOU lick MY head. Pretty please?"

PARIS: "Gnaw on your head? Don't mind if I do." [*pounce*, OM NOM NOM...]

DANTE: "Curse your inevabubble betwayal ... inevitab ... I knew you were gonna do this!"

... Yeah, Dante ain't the brightest crayon in the box. My current theory is that he's the world's largest one-celled animal, and what I've been calling his pelt is actually composed of cilia.
