S.O.P.: Amusing myself

Whenever I place an order for supplies at work, I ask around production to see if anyone needs anything. One of my co-workers will invariably ask me to get him a five-foot-two blonde. This was vaguely amusing about the first 1.5 times I heard it.

Today, he asked me to have a five-foot-six woman couriered over to him.

So I said, "Five-six? That's a pretty tall order..."

Heh! A friend of mine recently was asked a similar question at work, "I'm going down to the factory floor to pick up parts, do you want anything?"

He replied, "If you could find a petite redhead, that'd be great!"

The asker said [names elided to protect the innocent], "D! What would S say if she heard you say that?"

To which my friend replied, "She'd say, 'Ooh, thank you!'"

I believe his coworker was, um, disturbed by this.

What you need to do is find a woman with a good sense of humor to sit with a shipping label on her blouse and wait in his office one day. The poor guy just might have a heart attack. :D
