I have a question, and will probably be detailing the reasons for asking at a future date.

Under what circumstances do you think it is acceptable to put your hands on someone else's misbehaving child in public?

because I stopped one brat from grabbing my man-purse from my shopping trolley.
I moved my trolley away and did not touch the sprog but it stated to cry : and I was blamed.

I think next time I'll gift it with matches.
